    creative shrinkage...sounds like a bad dating situation. by the way, youngstown has had to deal with its fair share of ebay house flipping.

    I loved this article. Would be interesting to look at one hundred other cities of roughly equivalent population to Buffalo and compare civic amenities, architecture.
