Artspace Update

Noticed a few changes this morning over at Artspace. Landscaping behind the Main Street building.

And new lighting in the front.

Recently sat down with Bryan Day from Belmont Shelter over at the Sonic Café to discuss a number of neighborhood concerns and the latest rental information. Get in touch with Bryan if you're interested in one of the new spaces in the back. He can be reached at 884-8026.
I pass by here a few times during the and night. Imagine this place will really start buzzing when the new lofts are occupied.

so what's the scoop? do they still have apartments available in the back? and have they opened them up to non-artists? i'm sure that once the buildings are fill (hopefully with mostly artists) there will be an enormous positive impact and interaction with the neighborhood.

There is a quality even meaner than outright ugliness or disorder, and this meaner quality is the dishonest mask
of pretended order, achieved by ignoring or suppressing the real order that is struggling to exist and to be served.
